PROFILE
As a Real Estate professional with a strong technical background, my 13 years with a utility
company have been spent developing and applying my skills in managing complex acquisition of
land rights: reading engineering/construction plans, surveys, and R/W maps; handling easement
acquisitions; administering contracts; and managing acquisition contractors and budgets. Strong
communication skills have made me an effective liaison between procurements, law department,
business partners, clients, acquisition contractors, appraisers, and property owners. Being detailoriented
and a quick-learner have sharpened my expertise in acquisition matters, such as negotiation
and administrative settlements. I seek a position in the Right of Way field that would challenge me
and allow me to continue to think strategically, problem-solve creatively, and produce results.
